1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Customised products are non-returnable.
Items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and unused
In their original packaging with tags attached.
Accompanied by a proof of purchase.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited within 5–7 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
To cancel, email us immediately at info@poshaakmenswear.com with your order number.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Allow us 7 working days to deliver the exchange item.
Send photos of the item and packaging to abheywaraich@gmail.com
